OFNTSC 15th Annual Conference Registration

The 15th Annual OFNTSC Conference and Tradeshow is Canada's largest First Nation technical conference and tradeshow.  

The Conference is being held August 24th to August 26th, 2010 at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel and Conference Centre, Niagara Falls, ON.

Confirmation of registration will be made by email.  If no email address is provided confirmation will be made by phone/fax.

Sponsored Delegate
The OFNTSC will cover accomodations(room and taxes only) and meals for Sponsored Delegates only. Additional Delegates will be at the expense of your organization/First Nation.
If you answer "No" to this section please skip the next question.  If you answer "Yes", please remember to select the type of sponsored delegate you are.
Non-Sponsored Delegates are responsible for all of thier own expenses. All fees are payable prior to registration. please make cheques payable to Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation.  
Accomodation Request
OFTNSC will cover the costs of accomodation for Sponsored Delegates for the following dates: Check-in August 23, 2010 through check-out August 26th, 2010.
Sponsored Delegates room rates and taxes will be applied to the OFNTSC Master Account.

The OFNTSC client base consists of all 134 Ontario First Nations, including 16 Tribal Councils, six Large Nations and 18 Unaffiliated First Nations.
