R-2000 Builder's Workshop
This workshop covers the technical requirements of the R-2000 Standard, building science principles, air and vapour barrier systems, window, foundations, advanced construction and air sealing techniques, mechanical systems and marketing, and an overview of the R-2000 quality assurance process.
The workshop closes with an open book written examination. Exams to be forwarded to the Delivery Agent for marking and certification. A passing grade of 75% or greater is a requirement prior to certification.
